Besides, a new design of fuzzy direct torque control system of induction motor was introduced in this paper, which based on strategy of modulating the duty cycle to decrease the torque and stator flux ripple. This design uses fuzzy control block to instead of the traditional space voltage vector selector to control the inverter switch which can improve the static and dynamic performances of AC asynchronous motors, which make the whole control system have strong robustness.

Description: An adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode control (AFSMC) design method is proposed to control an induction servomotor system. The proposed AFSMC system is comprised of a fuzzy controller and a compensation controller. The fuzzy controller is used to mimic an ideal computational controller. The compensation controller is designed to compensate for the difference between the ideal computational controller and the fuzzy controller. All parameters in the proposed AFSMC system are tuned in the Lyapunov sense thus the stability of the system can be guaranteed.
